1. Next-Generation Continuous Casting: Twin Roll Casting

We have secured both price competitiveness and quality through the Twin Roll Caster process, which innovatively streamlines the traditional DC (Direct Chill) Casting method.

By simplifying the complex steps between casting and rolling, we drastically reduce production time, providing our customers with optimal price competitiveness.

Since the material is cast in a much thinner state (5–7mmt) compared to Direct Chill Casting (rapid solidification), the microstructure of the rolled material is dense and fine, enabling superior mechanical properties.

2. Specialized Magnesium Rolling Solutions

With the deepest understanding of magnesium’s characteristics, PPM possesses material-optimized equipment and advanced rolling technology.

We designed and installed our own dedicated magnesium rolling mill, maximizing production efficiency and maintaining consistent sheet quality through online heating and reversible rolling processes
