Production Process

PPM has dramatically shortened the production process compared to conventional methods through Twin Roll Casting technology and warm rolling. This innovation has achieved a significant reduction in both production time and costs.

Production Capacity

Quantum (Narrow) Strip Production Line: 670 tons/year (Casting width ≤ 600mm, Rolling width ≤ 530mm)

Magnum (Wide) Strip Production Line: 6,400 tons/year (Casting width ≤ 2,000mm, Rolling width ≤ 1,800mm)

Produces wide-width cast coils up to 2,000mm (5–7mm thickness)
